01
How to get help.
If QuikShot is not behaving as expected, send a short note describing what happened and what you expected to happen. Screenshots are helpful when the issue is visual, but the most useful reports include the steps that led to the problem.
02
Quick troubleshooting.
Before emailing, these checks often resolve routine app behavior or make the issue easier to narrow down.
Step 1
Check for updates.
Make sure you are using the latest version of QuikShot from the App Store.
Step 2
Restart the app.
Force-close QuikShot, then reopen it to refresh local app state.
Step 3
Check iOS.
Confirm that your device is running iOS 17 or newer.
03
What to include.
For faster support, include the details that let the issue be reproduced or understood without a long back-and-forth.
- Problem summary. A brief description of what went wrong.
- Steps to reproduce. The taps or settings that led to the issue, if applicable.
- Device model. For example, iPhone 17 Pro Max.
- iOS version. The version shown in Settings.
- QuikShot version. The app version shown in the App Store or QuikShot settings, when available.
